Stonefield will be gracing the stage of The Hope & Ruin at the end of the first week of July. What a way to celebrate the start of a new month with the Australian Findlay sisters! The four piece sister hood band compromises of Amy on vocals and drums, Hannah on lead guitar, Holly on bass guitar and Sarah on the keyboard.

After a name change in 2010, from Lotah, Stonefield have been churning up the definiton of rock 'n' roll since 2006, as well as touring with the Californian band, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club last month. Stonefield are now hoping around to music venues across the UK and the rest of Europe following the relsease of their third album Far From Earth, in April.

The band commenced rehearsing in their parents farm shed, in which their heavily 70s soul-filled rock sound was birthed.

Stonefield will be accompanied by Sister Witch and Hill, a new band to the ever growing Brighton music scene. This night is one not to miss, with females giving life to rock 'n' roll, a revisit to the 70s for the senses and a mixture of psychedelic folk rock.

Come down to The Hope & Ruin on 5th July to kick off the new month in the best way possible!
